DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston North Shore

Booked here on a whim for a last minute weekend away and felt like we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. Safe area, plenty of parking, great rooms, breakfast and Starbucks in the hotel, so many options for families and our toddler loved the water park inside. About 10 minutes from Target/restaurants, etc. My husband also booked me a massage at the spa and it was amazing. Highly recommend for families with kids!

Comfortable and clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I was here sent here to stay for work as part of a power restoration effort following a winter storm in the area. They provided an excellent breakfast for us too.

i stayed at this hotel recently and had such a beautiful experience . the property is spacious , clean , and well taken care of . it’s incredibly kid friendly , but also really fun for adults . the indoor water park has different sections to enjoy — regular pools , relaxing areas , and a big tube style slide that brings out your inner child . teenagers , families , and even adults can have such a good time together here . the staff is quick to assist with anything you need . housekeeping is fast and efficient — we would step out for a bit and return to a perfectly clean and organized room . they also give you the option to skip housekeeping if you want more privacy , which i appreciate . when we first arrived , the room even had adorable towel swans waiting for us , which was such a sweet and welcoming touch the hotel sits on a hill , giving it a peaceful and quiet atmosphere . because of that , there isn’t much walking distance to other places , but if you have a car , everything you might need is close by . there’s also an indoor gym that’s clean and modern , perfect for a quick workout during your stay . one of my favorite parts is the entrance and the architecture of the hotel . the building has a tall , elegant structure with a beautiful arc shaped driveway that you pass under as you arrive . in the morning , when the sun rises behind it , the light hits the arch and the front of the hotel in the most stunning way . it makes the entire place feel warm , inviting , and almost cinematic . the shape of the entrance gives it a unique and charming look — simple , classy , and eye catching . overall , it was a wonderful stay filled with fun , comfort , and amazing service . i would definitely recommend it to families , couples , or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a little adventure mixed in .

The DoubleTree by Hilton Boston North Shore is a functional and reliable hotel that covers the basics without standing out in any particular area. Rooms are comfortable and clean but feel a bit dated and don't quite match the premium expectation of the DoubleTree brand. Service is courteous but inconsistent — friendly enough at check-in but not always as attentive as you'd hope during the stay. The location on the North Shore is convenient for the region but fairly average in terms of accessibility and nearby attractions. A decent mid-range option that could benefit from some investment and renewed attention to guest experience.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed. There is so much to do in the hotel itself. There is an exceptional gym option and an arcade. There is an awesome pool/Jacuzzi area on top of an indoor water park with a bar and the breakfast at the hotel is more than you can ask for. We got our moneys worth during our stay. The rooms are very clean the hotel is minutes away from shipping, food, and entertainment. Great spot for a romantic weekend or time with the family. Easy trip into Boston. Will definitely stay again.

A bit pricey for a 3.5 star hotel. Visited w family during Halloween weekend. Although location wasn’t the best, staff made up for it. Super friendly and very clean rooms. The Tradewinds Lounge Bar at the hotel had the best New England haddock. Great choice in the menu.

This hotel is huge. There is a fricken waterpark in the hotel. The gym is amazing and free to paying guests as is the pool which has a separate lap lane swimmers. This pool is not part of the waterpark. There is a hot tub and sauna haven't tried them yet may update later. No kids in the hot tub I believe. Private massage treatment on site this is payable. Rooms are clean and well kept lamps work, microwave works, free to use coffee machine with 2x decaf and 2 X regular coffee. We paid for a king and it's a huge bed and there's a lovely soft sofa in it. Maybe a 55" TV with plenty of stuff to watch. It's a big TV. Location not so good for us as we are using Uber it's quite a distance to anywhere nothing within walking distance unfortunately.

Tbh I love this hotel so much. Gorgeous pool room! Nice hot tub! I was a little bummed the sauna didn't seem hot at all but it still was a really nice stay with the family! I can't wait to come back!
